Review & Experience – My Glamm Salon Service

We all know how our pamper sessions go for a toss once motherhood strikes

I can’t remember the last time I had a 30 mins peaceful salon time. I had almost given up until I started looking out for At-Home services and to my rescue I was introduced to My Glamm in Pune 
About My Glamm 

My Glamm offers premium salon services from basic grooming like waxing,threading, facial to elaborate services like bridal makeovers, nail extensions and relaxing spas in the comfort of your home 

They have products from brands like Forest Essentials, Loccitane, O3, Elle, Clarins etc

They have well trained experienced stylists and artists that are verified with complete background checks to make your experience 100% fuss free 

My Personal Experience 

Recently I was asked to try one of their services and with Eid being around the corner I decided to opt for a Forest Essentials Facial & Manicure/Pedicure

I was asked to book the service through the website or the app and I did so. 

The website/app is self explanatory and the services can be booked easily without any fuss. Once you select the services and add your booking details you are then given a call to confirm the same and are provided with the beautician details 
What I liked

1. Everything is done at the comfort of your house.It definitely saves time and the effort of going out and waiting at the salon that definitely suit someone like me who has a toddler awaiting attention all the time 
2. The beautician assigned for the task was extremely professional and did the job really well. She kept checking if the pressure while massaging my face was fine or if the water was too hot or too cold for my liking
3. The beautician arrived on time that definitely saved a lot of my time in following up 
4. The booking process is easy and convenient 

What I did not like

1. The entire process of facial ended too quick.Each step did not last for more than 5-7 minutes which I personally felt was less
2.  Not too many options available in nail paints.Also a few that she was carrying had dried off
3. I insisted on seeing the products before use but the bottles were almost empty and just had product left for one facial maximum 

My Final Verdict

Overall I liked the service though there is definitely a need for little improvement. The concept of having your “pamper time” at the comfort of your house makes me still go back to “My Glamm”. Having the feasibility of booking through the app makes the job even more easy
